A Better World Radio

Tune in Wednesdays 6 pm EST
Or Listen in Radio Archive anytime at  www.abetterworld.tv

HeadshotsWednesday, Feb. 21, 6pm EST:  Human nutrition is a highly controversial subject.  Some, like Dr. Weston Price, researched the dietary habits of indigenous people all over the world, based on his observing the health of their teeth over time.  Arnold Ehret in the late 1800’s taught about the mucous-less diet, one rich in fruits and vegetables.  There are many who advocate vegetarian diets, vegan diets and Paleo diets.  And indeed, there is a vast literature supporting each.  Some of the studies are skewed to reach a preferred conclusion, some not.

Mitchell’s guest this evening, renowned author, teacher and retreat leader Kat James, has, through trial and tribulation, and later buttressed by nutritional science, intuited upon a dietary approach which focuses on the role of the master hormone leptin (yes, spelled correctly, not ‘lectin’!) in human health, in respect to its governance of the thyroid and metabolism. Today,  Kat’s work is endorsed or utilized by top doctors and clinics around the world.  Kat’s work with leptin sensitivity is truly leading the movement around the world, helping countless numbers of people and informing the work of leading holistic physicians who she has helped, directly or indirectly, recognize the significance and defining role of fats in the diet.

Purchase Kat’s book here.

Kat James’ own story is a remarkable one.  She transformed her body and skin beyond recognition after a 12-year eating disorder and autoimmune disease nearly took her life. Without drugs the-truth-about-beauty-new coveror deprivation, the principles, strategies and resources that took her years to stumble on ultimately cured not only Kat’s heroin-like addiction to food (resulting in a loss of ten dress sizes), but the skin-disfiguring liver disease and other issues that destroyed her health, beauty, and self-image for more than a decade.

Today, at 52, and with none of the effort typically made to maintain such dramatic weight loss and transformation, Kat continues to defy the no-pain, no-gain, “boot camp” myths of beauty and slimness in her well-researched teachings, and in her vibrant living example.

Called “a master of self-transformation” by Self magazine’s Mary Christ Anderson, Kat’s advice and programs have been featured on Today, Hallmark Channel’s New Morning, TBS’ Movie and a Makeover, and in nearly every fashion and natural health magazine, including Vogue, Glamour, Oprah’s magazine, O, Alternative Medicine, and Natural Health. Through her newly updated and re-released bestseller, The Truth About Beauty, national health columns, PBS special, and acclaimed, cruise- and villa-based Total Transformation® programs since 2000, Kat has helped thousands to mastermind their own healing transformations using science and strategy, rather than suffering or short-sighted quick-fixes. Known for her powerful “lifestyle upgrades” that produce visible change in a matter of days, and for her collection of one-of-a-kind resources that spell the difference between failure and success, Kat’s teachings have consistently enabled others to replicate her own remarkable results, and garnered the endorsement of many leaders in nutrition and health.

Adding a compelling dimension to Kat’s rare perspective are her years in the world of fashion as one of the most sought-after beauty experts and celebrity makeup artists of the 90’s. A former consultant and on-camera spokesperson for Maybelline, Max Factor and Revlon, Kat’s aesthetic background, along with years of creating illusions of perfection on models as she struggled to conquer her own beauty demons has deepened her grasp of the emotional, physical, and superficial constraints that must be shed in order to unlock the true radiant potential in each of us.

The recent re-release of The Truth About Beauty has garnered James the 2009 Silver Nautilus Book Award. After ascending to #1 out of 200 titles at Beyond Words Publishing in 2006, primarily by word of mouth, publishing giant Simon and Schuster’s Atria Books division honored The Truth About Beauty with a Featured Re-release in January of 2008. Kat’s part-memoir, part how-to encyclopedia—relied on by consumers and professionals alike—is now comprehensively updated. With forty percent new material, book-wide research updates, dramatic success stories, Kat’s highly anticipated collection of Recipes for Transformation, and her Total Transformation® Teleseminars and full-curriculum Teleprograms to reinforce its application, the featured re-release takes readers’ transformations to unprecedented levels.

For more information, visit Kat’s website, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year: www.InformedBeauty.com.  Kat has been Mitchell’s guest a couple of times on A Better World.  Why? Her nutritional approach has helped so many people come back to health from major chronic or considered fatal diseases, and because it has also prevented so many others from becoming ill, and further helping others simply getting healthy and fit naturally, Mitchell feels it’s important to bring forth her work again into public view.

Lauderdale area in a beautiful setting in horse country.  It’s a powerful opportunity to literally transform oneself with Kat’s direct, hands-on help.  There are only a few spots left so if interested, go to: mjr@abetterworld.net or call 212 420-0800.

Our Hearts Are Broken, Again
by Mitchell Rabin
parkland shootingWhat words to speak when beholding the murder and violence which rages in our country?  18 school shootings in six weeks of the new year.  That is one every 2.5 days.  Called the richest country in the world.  But rich in what, madness?  Unhappiness?  Discontent?  There is a trickle-down effect in our country alright, but it is not economic.  The effect is from the perverse words and actions of those in authority, commonly but mistakenly referred to as “leaders”.  Currently they are leading us to slaughter and to national insecurity.  Real leaders are upstanding, educate and inspire the People and lead by example.  So the violence, hatred, racism, sexism, elitism and willful promotion of deception are ‘trickling down’ to the People and what we see across our country is in significant measure, spreading across the land like a cancer.  Hard to say, but I believe, true.

There is an underlying assumption that material wealth leads to happiness, content and well-being.  The assumption includes some sense of human development, creativity, discipline and intelligence, able to generate material wealth at a rate beyond those of many other nations.  But we find that in reality, none of this is true.  One could surmise that we actually are spiritually and educationally, even evolutionarily impoverished, not wealthy, which is why, beyond all other countries in the world, we here in the U.S. have more murder, school shootings, more guns, more people incarcerated per capita and a vastly larger military some 20X beyond the expenditure of any nation.violence chart usa

Where is the intelligence, maturity, integrity, values or wisdom in any of this, in our so-called leaders?  In fact, that which we call wealth, measured by money in the bank, has been a corrupting force like nothing else. It is the motive force behind virtually all political actions in our country, not heart, not compassion, not understanding and not service to the People.
Many of the youth are psychiatrically-diagnosed even though there isn’t science behind psychiatry (what, shocking?  It shouldn’t be.  Dr. Thomas Szasz, et al, blew the whistle nationally on this pseudo-science called psychiatry back in the 1950’s) but because big Pharma is relentless in its pursuit of sales at any cost, at all costs.  We have to really get ‘underneath’ the sickness of this putting ‘profit before people and planet’ and how it is contrary to Nature and life itself.  So many of the youth ‘bearing arms’ are medicated and out of their minds.  They have certainly not been parented well at home or in school and our communities are not acting as communities, which is best being a place of bonding, connectedness, meaning, purpose and love.
Yes, there is a second Amendment, got it.  An firearm doesn’t have to include weapons of mass destruction of military power.  I was taught by my T’ai-Chi teacher, Bob Lumisch, many years ago that a gun is a sign of fear.  He who walks with it, lives a fearful, fearing life.  How absurd to feel strength from such a thing, instead of relying on real strength.  When the Portuguese invaded Japan in the 1600’s, they wiped out many Samurai with guns.  Once the Samurai chased the Portuguese out, which they did, they developed better guns themselves.  But not long thereafter, they decided that the use of guns had no integrity, no dignity, no manliness.  They gave up the gun and returned to the use of the sword.  There is a book by that name, Giving up the Gun, about that period in time, a very fine example of what is possible again today.  We should graduate to this mental understanding and state.
But just because there is a right does not mean that that right must be exercised.  The Founding Fathers wrote the Bill of Rights and Constitution within a certain cultural context, and I believe in our blind homage we pay, we don’t allow a healthy critique of these documents to the surface.  But why not?  A document that puts forth women as a ‘part of a person’ and same with people of color is clearly a flawed one which needs upgrading.  A question that could guide our actions is “what is best for the community?” rather than just “what is best for me?”  We are social animals who rely on one another for our sustenance.  As Buddhist Psychology clearly describes “we are interdependent” as our the cells in our body.
Our hearts are broken, again.  Guns, in themselves, are not the problem but they exacerbate the fundamental problem of a lack of the experience, perception of love, of bonding, the release of oxytocin, and a parenting that does not regard and teach the sacredness of life and respect for all life.  We need to teach centering, meditation, Qi-Gong, non-reactivity, inter-personal and communication skills to our children and youth.

This Week’s A Better World Media
We at A Better World, while we are intrigued with so much happening on the planet and even in our corner of the Universe and in multi-dimensional reality, neuro-scientific advances, personal and planetary happiness, well-being and evolution, attending to our common mother, Gaia, and respecting our relationship to Her, figures foremost here.  If one does not have a planet with clean air, water and soil by which to be nourished on all levels, if one hasn’t summoned sufficient respect for The Mother, what is anything worth then, what does anything mean?
So this week’s TV interview with green economist Hazel Henderson, who has done so much for decades to advance the agenda of a solar, renewable-based economy, tells the story of what our values are here at A Better World as they are at Ethical Markets.
And this week’s Radio interview with Kat James, discussing nutrition, transformation and honoring our human design by learning dietary practices that promote our optimum health, round out our goal here at A Better World to promote personal and planetary health.
We invite you to be part of our community, committed to a healthy life-style, eco-sensitive living, kind, integrity-based and funny, full of love, compassion and well-being, committed to service to our larger human and planetary community.Girl-Holding-the-Sun-Sunrise__45387-480x320

pearls-premium.topWednesday, Feb. 15, 6pm EST:  We humans have taken a beautiful, sacred planet and while some of it has been preserved and treated respectfully, so much of it has been simple raped, pillaged and in short, ‘mucked up’, as much as we may not want to admit to the extent and consequences of the damage–that’s the bad news.  The good news is that there is, relatively speaking, only a small group of people who are largely responsible for this and there are many who are whole-heartedly committed to turning this intense carbon footprint around.

Mitchell’s guest this evening is one of those.  Jackson Madnick, founder and President of Pearl’s Premium Lawn Seed, spent his retirement money to pearl's premium lawndevelop a combination of lawn seeds which would “give more than they take” back to the environment.  After some 7+ years of intense experimentation and R&D, he and his team of agricultural experts from across the country, identified a particular combination of seeds that grow very slowly, very deeply, don’t use chemicals for maintaining an awesomely green lawn, in some places year-round, and use less than 3/4 quarters of the water used in one’s ordinary lawn.  Not to mention, these ‘green lawns’ sequester 6-8 times the carbon of an ordinary lawn, so that everyone with a lawn can do their part in reducing our collective carbon footprint.

Jackson and Pearl’s Premium Lawn Seed has appeared on national TV dozens of times and has won national and international awards for innovation and making a difference to our society.  It is in over 400,000 lawns across the country.

Mitchell has been so impressed with the track records and environmental impact, Pearl’s Premium Lawn Seed is now Pearls-Premium logoon of the products A Better World represents.  For more information, or to order, call 212 420-0800 or email mjr@abetterworld.net for details.

At a Critical Crossroads
by Mitchell Rabin

apollo earth picAs with everything, there are numerous lenses through which to view what happens on our dear, sacred planet.  Good to look at what’s happening ‘from above’ every bit as much as what’s happening “from below”.  When we look at our planet from the point of view of Nature, of the eco-system, we can pretty much see that it has been disrupted, seriously, and innumerable species are going extinct due to man-made contaminants that are strewn throughout the land and oceans.

One can also note major movements of geological strata, leading to significant volcanic activity, earthquakes, extreme weather, melting polar ice-caps, rising sea-levels, felled forests and a measurable, vast reduction in a form of nutrition all life needs:  oxygen.  As for food as nutrition, we see that the coral reefs and plankton, the beginning of our food chain, are disappearing and being so polluted, they cannot produce food or oxygen as Nature had intended for millions of years.eco destruction garbage

Beholdieco water pollutionng these facts ‘from below’, let’s look briefly at what is happening ‘from above’.  From above, we see that the single species, homo sapiens, has been single-handedly disrupting the Earth’s eco-system, systemically, for centuries.  We now see the accrued damage. It is literally threatening all life on the planet.  When all other beings have a pattern of cooperation with other beings of all sorts (including having each other for lunch, part of the operating cycle of the food chain), the human has disrupted and damaged all systems, not really for its survival, but to fulfill what I’d refer to as ‘psychological pathology’, a way of being that is compensatory in nature.  Humans are complex, psychological and spiritual creatures and as humans have ‘strayed’ from Nature’s intelligent systems, they have caused chaos everywhere.

cro-magnon to humanRather than learning how to cultivate and generate life-force, the most imbalanced of the species grabs at life-force in the form of money and ‘things’, including power.  Out of which, we collectively create–and allow–a society such as ours, which promotes those with ‘the most’ to positions of power, when those ‘with the most stuff’ are often, not always, the ones that are most off-balance with Nature and disturbed.  Hence, we get a person like DJ Trump as President, who populates his Cabinet with billionaires who have made their money by kicking other humans out of their nest (formally called “foreclosure”) or eviscerating companies that have encountered trouble and forcing them into debt (called mergers & acquisitions), all of it based , not on creativity and construction, but on destruction.  As a result of power-mongering instead of our corporate and political leaders being balanced, conscious, compassionate and conscientious as their root values, we have a world out of balance.  You may recall the film Koyanisquattsi, scored by Phillip Glass, popular in the 1980’s, Koyaanisqatsi_posterwithout any talk or narration, yet describing, showing a world out of balance.

We at A Better World, strongly support a world in balance.  We strongly support living a life in accordance with the intelligence with Nature and doing what we can to reverse the damage we humans have wrought on our habitat and to establish behaviors, patterns and systems which support life and sustain it creatively, lovingly, respectfully and brilliantly.  And we believe that in fact, now that we have approached what we can call the nadir, we will and are seeing a uplift and an awakening about the deeper, more humane, health-and-nature-respecting values emerging as we all collectively gather across the planet to move beyond the absurdist, mechanistic and heartless society we’ve by and large created, so a much more loving and sustainable one.
And this week’s Radio interview with Jackson Madnick, founder and President of Pearl’s Premium Lawn Seed, is another case in point.  Jackson is literally ‘on the ground’, making the world more beautiful, vastly reducing water consumption across the planet while also significantly reducing our carbon footprint in such a simple and aesthetically-pleasing way.

We invite you to be part of our community, committed to a healthy life-style, eco-sensitive living, kind, integrity-based and funny, full of love, compassion and well-being, committed to service to our larger human and planetary community.Girl-Holding-the-Sun-Sunrise__45387-480x320

kolesar natacha winterMonday, Nov. 27, 7pm EDT:   Mitchell’s guest this evening is renowned and greatly-loved, former Executive Director of the I.D.E.A.L. community, Natacha Kolesar, in Jaffray, British Columbia, Natacha  was Russian-born, grew up in Prague and became a student of the Bulgarian mystic Omraam Mikael Aivanov in the South of France at his center called Bonfin.

Natacha is recognized by students worldwide as carrying on the teachings of the Initiatic Sciences, enhanced by her own inner wisdom.

Through Natacha’s teaching & guidance, an international community was formed in BC which continues the teachings and serves the local communities in the arts and especially music, which is a central part of IDEAL’s spiritual practice. kolesar natacha teachingMitchell and Natacha will discuss the application of spiritual principles to today’s world.  Natacha also helped to pioneer the development of Pre-natal/Conscious Birthing centers, the first being established in Bangladesh.  Her son in-law, Francois Amigues, D.O., continues to teach about pre-natal psychology and conscious birthing around the world. Natacha passed on November 5, 2013 & while her loving presence is greatly missed, she left a legacy of a beautiful, committed community that continues to manifest these teachings & vision of a better, enlightened world.

Mitchell and Natacha met in around 1998 in NYC, became great friends and were deeply connected since.  He was considered a brother in the IDEAL community and Natacha’s guest at the there many times over the years in Jaffray, BC.

To help bring forward Natacha’s rich spirit and wisdom, Mitchell has interviewed Natacha there for A Better World TV and Radio several times.  A few of the radio  programs: http://abetterworld.tv/natacha-kolesar-director-of-the-i-d-e-a-l-community-2/  http://abetterworld.tv/natacha-kolesar-gilles-hainault-at-the-i-d-e-a-l-community/ (with IDEAL’s Musical Director, Gilles Hainault) and http://abetterworld.tv/?s=natacha+kolesar&cat=3.

To add to the magic and synchronicity of this choice to re-air this interview at this time….out of a couple thousand past interviews Mitchell has conducted for A Better World TV over the years, he “randomly” selected this one with Natacha, wholly not aware that she had in fact, transitioned one day before, four years prior.  What are the chances of this happening?  In Natacha and Mitchell’s reality, and their brothers and sisters in the IDEAL community, it’s not chance at all, but “just perfect!”  Without any doubt, Natacha’s spirit guides her good friend Mitchell to this day!

The Pachamama Alliance is a robust, international organization which began by assisting the Achuar People in the Ecuadorian Amazon protect their habitat from the encroachment of largely major, U.S. oil companies.

But that was just step one.  The larger mission was to ‘change the dream’, i.e., the vision and values seemingly at the core of Western culture, of expansionism at any cost, jeopardizing people and planet, mowing down anything in the way of greater and greater corporate profit with nary a care for anything or anyone else, a view that the Earth is a commodity, just a resource to be exploited for monetary profit.

This has led to the condition of massive pollution of air, water and soil, of global warming and climate change that is jeopardizing life of all on the planet.  There are climate refugees fleeing Syria, island nations, countries in Africa and beyond, from regions that are drought-ridden and no longer sustainable.

In light of educating people here and around the world about the direness of the situation, PA offers the Awakening the Dreamer seminar which I co-facilitated in Brooklyn in the Spring, 2015 and the Game-Changer Intensive on-line a few times, this last one being this past last spring and summer.  I will likely be doing it again in January.  If you would care to take it–it’s free–you are welcome to join.  These are very powerful educational-emotional-intellectual-spiritual experiences, which we all, I believe, benefit from having.  To learn more & register, go to  https://www.pachamama.org/engage/intensive

LiquidBioCell-2Dehydration is one of the largest but largely unrecognized, passed by health problems in our society. According to Dr. Batmangelidj, author of The Body’s Many Cries for Water, dehydration is the cause of most of our diseases. But ironically enough, hydration doesn’t always occur effectively simply by drinking more water. There needs to be the proper constituents in the body for absorption, and these in exact ratio of hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate and collagen. These act as a metabolic catalyst for cellular hydration. And each of these tends to ‘dry up’ as we grow older, leading to dehydration, aging, wrinkling skin and both joint pain and lack of mobility and flexibility.

THE NEWS IN REVUE – creator/writer/producer/director. Ran for 19 years from 1992 – 2011. THE NEWS IN REVUE is Nancy Holson’s longest running show. Originally produced Off Broadway in 1992 and has subsequently run in myriad venues across the country including 15 summers in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Other venues in which the show has resided for at least a season include the Hollywood Playhouse, the Coconut Grove Playhouse, the Hyatt Regency Sarasota in Florida, the Sonnenalp Resort in Vail, Colorado and eight years of weekend performances in Greenwich and Westport, CT. The show has played in locations as diverse as Chauatauqua Institution, The Kennedy Library, and Grand Central Station. Her work has been performed for one former president, several assorted senators, and a host of as-of-yet-unindicted politicians.

BUSH WARS: THE MUSICAL, writer, co-producer, co-director. Nancy wrote, co-produced, and co-directed the critically acclaimed Off Broadway show, BUSH WARS which ran at The Actors Playhouse. Variety raved “Excellent! So smart and so surprising! Deserves to be compared to timelessly effective works like “Oh What A Lovely War.” while the New York Times said “Broad, roaring entertainment reminiscent of NATIONAL LAMPOON! An altogether charming 90-minute show with scenes that propel the evening to heights of helpless mania.” Although BUSH WARS was not a financial success, Nancy takes full credit for the total repudiation of the Bush administration, the subsequent disarray of the Republican party and the election of Barack Obama as president.

CAN I REALLY DATE A GUY WHO WEARS A YARMULKE? Producer – First produced at the 2010 Midtown International Theater Festival, it garnered top awards and was invited to be the inaugural play to run at the famed Knitting Factory in Brooklyn. Productions have followed in Delaware, Toronto, Virginia and Jerusalem. A New York production is in the works for 2014.trump

TV credits: THE NEWS IN REVUE, PBS. Series of topical specials aired on PBS 1994-2000. Winner of 5 Emmy awards including two for Nancy’s writing. In addition, Nancy is in demand as a writer of treatments and other “pitch materials” for newly conceived television projects.

Nancy authored DEAR MOM, IT’S ABOUT TIME I TOLD YOU, co-writer with Jay Falzone. Published in conjunction with premiere of DEAR MOM, the play.

Nancy’s latest is ME THE PEOPLE, opening next week in NYC. Book and lyrics. Nancy is proud to be teaming with her posse from BUSH WARS, although heartbroken that this project is so necessary. It is her strong belief that we all need to resist the horrors foisted upon us by the Trump administration in whatever means we can, and ME THE PEOPLE is her way of using her voice.

The Off-Broadway Musical Me The People Rocks!

Image result for me the people the trump america musical

Just as I suspected, Emmy Award-winning playwright Nancy Holson and cast’s satirical musical about the Trump Administration rocks!  My intuition about Nancy was right again–she scores with this script and score.  She hits one point after another about the way our country has been put into a tailspin and placed on an Orwellian stage through this Administration, somehow being a cross between a bad soap opera and a 2nd rate mystery novel.

The Founding Fathers are conjured at the beginning to re-write the Constitution per the Trump era, in which its sacredly-held amendments are simply ripped asunder; then it goes on from there with one after another of clever, witty lyrics, music and choreography.  There are many moments of laughter as well as the more grave moments of sobriety as we are brought face-to-face with the current, undeniable (unless you are in Trump’s inner circle) reality of a highly unstable, narcissistic man now called Commander-in-Chief with access to the bomb. In fact, even Dr. Freud comes by for a visit at Mara Lago to weigh in on the “Trump psyche.”

The actors are superb, rolling through roles with agility, humor and grace.  The musical’s subject matter creates a sense of collective catharsis for the audience as well as a sense of bonding, which is so valuable at tenous times such as these.Image result for me the people the trump america musical

Interestingly, while there is a part, probably a very big part of many of us who would like to see Trump quietly leave politics and return to real estate, selling steaks and playing golf, the point was made that Mike Pence would be a much more effective arch-conservative Republican who might actually make us regret getting rid of the bumbling, fumbling, stumbling, lying, ineffective Trump.

It does give momentum to the thought that our best choice here is to significantly populate the House and Senate in 2018 with progressives, so no matter who is President, the People’s Voice (WE the People that is!) will be heard and acted upon, even in the midst of the stench of our current bought-and-paid-for, corporatocracy that we very much, really do have.

If you are anywhere in the general NY area, commit the time to seeing this.  It should be on Broadway or very close to it.  More than anything, thousands should see it. Again, kudos to the cast, old friend Marc Bailin the producer and most of all, the main conceiver and writer, Nancy Holson with her collaborators James Higgins and Jay Falzone.

And each of these tend to ‘dry up’ as we grow older, leading to dehydration, aging, wrinkling skin and both joint pain and lack of mobility and flexibility.

The New Currencies – Bitcoin, Etherium & More
Want another way to change the world?

The song in Cabaret sung by Joel Grey in “Money Makes the World go Round” certainly hits a chord whether we like it or not. If we can ‘spread the wealth’, create greater ‘economic equity’, we can have some greater effect.  On a wordly level, there is relative truth to the lyrics.

Crypto-currencies are beginning to have a very interesting effect on business-as-usual and opens up an opportunity for many of us to access a greater sense of economic security, even prosperity.

On the other hand, those controlling the so-called ‘hard currency’ aren’t so trustworthy themselves, so re-evaluation (and revaluation) on several.

Those who enjoy earning money to use for their own sustenance and also for being in service to the larger Gaia community this is interesting. There is nothing without risk and that includes this.

For those who are not faint of heart  have taken risk before, one can not only purchase bitcoin from this bitcoin ‘bank’, these days called on-line ‘e-wallet’: bitcoin usi-techhttps://www.coinbase.com/join/57124be36f4be2525f000571  but can then earn approx.1% per day, simply by ‘parking’ it here where it gets traded to benefit those who have jumped in: https://abw.usi-tech.info/ethereum

ABW has been part of this program for a couple of months and is noting growth our bitcoin volume almost daily. If this interests you, simply click on the above links in sequence.  The first one is to purchase the bitcoin (or fraction thereof) and the second to place it in the program for receiving the (approx.) 1%/day.

Another program we have reviewed and entered: https://wealthbot.info/login3/track/ABW.  For more: watch this: http://quickstart.wealthbot.online.  This is a ‘lending club’. Upon engaging, one lends a $100 (or more) to start the process.

It costs nothing to join either.  One can purchase a package of a bitcoin fraction for as little as about $65.for https://abw.usi-tech.info/.  and at least get something going. Most people buy a bitcoin or two depending on their finances and risk appetite, then letting it build. Of the programs available, I have reviewed several and this appears by far to be the most secure.

Certainly, we don’t advise, but do share opportunities for health and prosperity that we come across that seem to have integrity and value.  If either or both interest you or if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at mjr@abetterworld.net.

Tonight, Mitchell interviews Director of the Pollinator Program for Center for Food Safety, Larissa Walker.

Nancy authored DEAR MOM, IT’S ABOUT TIME I TOLD YOU, co-writer with Jay Falzone. Published in conjunction with premiere of DEAR MOM, the play.

trumpNancy’s latest is ME THE PEOPLE, opening next week in NYC.

Earth Day Round Table with Hazel Henderson & Claudine Schneider & Non-Profits Helping the World

hazelhenderson
Wednesday, April 26, 6pm: The environmental state of the planet is becoming increasingly dire and those wielding the largest levels of power in the U.S. are in denial of the reality of the situation, articulated by Climatologists around the world.  Science is not simply ‘a belief system’ on the level of others and requires careful consideration and appropriate action.

schneider claudineThis evening, Mitchell hosts a Round table discussion with two formidable women who are leaders in the movement for awareness about Climate Change and bringing forth a renewable energy-based economy, green economist/futurist Hazel Henderson and former Congresswoman, business leader, Claudine Schneider.

mjr3 tibet house
The science behind Climate Change and the reality of the pollution of our planet are not partisan issues. The call to be calm and level-headed, yesky-earth-galaxy-universet very thoughtful and strategic as a collective, as a species, at this point, beyond ordinary definitions, opinions and identity, is imperative.

Looking at the geological changes taking place, the arctic and permafrost melt, methane release, rain forest destruction, will be taking place in this evening’s talk. How do we, can we, make peace with the reality of the utter decimation of our planet by the forces in government and corporate power?  How do we deal with the fact that the current President of the U.S. is embracing policy contrary to clear science, dismantling the EPA, and saber-rattling with the most powerful nuclear powers on the planet?  Can we remain centered in the midst of such irrational, confused behavior of top officials, and with our humanity in tact?  Tune in to our robust Round Table in honor of Earth Day and our beautiful planet to learn more.

Guests this evening:

LiquidBioCell-2Dehydration is one of the largest but largely unrecognized, passed by health problems in our society. According to Dr. Batmangelidj, author of The Body’s Many Cries for Water, dehydration is the cause of most of our diseases. But ironically enough.hydration doesn’t always occur effectively simply by drinking more water. There needs to be the proper constituents in the body for absorption, and these in exact ratio of hyaluronic acid, condroitin sulfate and collagen. These act as a metabolic catalyst for cellular hydration. And each of these tend to ‘dry up’ as we grow older, leading to dehydration, aging, wrinkling skin and both joint pain and lack of mobility and flexibility.
